Terms of Service

Effective: July 19, 2026

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using Quemee, you agree to the terms that apply to our website and clinic services.

1. Accepting these terms

These terms apply when you access quemee.app, request a demo, or use Quemee clinic services. Quemee is a Norvix product for healthcare operations in Egypt. By using the service, you confirm that you are authorized to act for yourself or the clinic or organization you represent.

2. The service

Quemee supports clinic booking, queue, front-desk, doctor, pharmacy, and administration workflows. Features may vary by role, clinic readiness, rollout phase, and service availability.

Quemee supports operations and communication. It does not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, replace a healthcare professional, or provide an emergency service. Contact local emergency services for urgent medical help.

3. Accounts and clinic responsibilities

  • Provide accurate clinic, contact, schedule, and operational information.
  • Keep account credentials secure and use access only for authorized work.
  • Ensure staff use patient and clinic information appropriately.
  • Maintain accurate doctor availability, clinic hours, and patient-facing policies.
  • Tell Quemee promptly about suspected unauthorized access or incorrect information.

4. Clinic subscriptions and payment

Clinic subscriptions may be offered monthly for EGP 1,500, quarterly for EGP 4,100, or yearly for EGP 15,000. These prices are displayed for the current provider-review flow and may be updated before commercial launch.

Renewal is manual. Quemee will not automatically charge the clinic for a later billing period under this checkout flow. A new payment is required to renew.

Live payments will be completed on a hosted payment-provider page. Taxes, provider charges, or invoice details will be shown where applicable before a real payment is confirmed. The current checkout demo makes no charge and stores no card information.

5. Activation, cancellation, and refunds

A clinic subscription is activated when Quemee begins configuring or enabling the clinic workspace. A payment may be fully refunded before activation. After activation, the current billing period is non-refundable. Because renewal is manual, a clinic may stop future service by not making another renewal payment.

More information is available in the Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, upload unlawful or harmful content, impersonate another person, or use patient information outside an authorized healthcare workflow. Access may be limited or suspended to protect users, clinics, or the service.

7. Ownership and feedback

Quemee and its software, branding, interfaces, and documentation remain the property of their respective owner. A subscription provides a limited right to use the available service during the paid period; it does not transfer ownership. Feedback may be used to improve Quemee without exposing confidential or patient information.

8. Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide a reliable service, but maintenance, connectivity, provider outages, and other events may interrupt availability. Clinics remain responsible for clinical decisions, patient care, staffing, schedules, and safe fallback procedures.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Quemee is provided without a guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Final liability and governing-law language will be added after legal review and before commercial launch.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service develops. Material commercial changes will be presented before a clinic makes a later manual renewal payment.
