What is MedQ?

MedQ is a smart medical queue app for patients and clinics. Book a visit, watch your live place in line, and get a "leave now" nudge so you arrive when it's your turn — not hours early in a crowded waiting room.

Is MedQ the same as other websites named MedQ or medq.com?

No. MedQ at medq.norvixsystems.com is a clinic queue and appointment platform built by Norvix for Egypt, starting with a Hurghada pilot. It is not affiliated with other companies or domains that use similar names.

How does the live queue work?

After you book, MedQ shows your position in the clinic queue and updates your expected time as the day moves. Walk-ins and app bookings share one live queue, so your ETA stays accurate.

What is Move Now?

Move Now is MedQ's smart dispatch alert. It factors in travel time to the clinic and tells you exactly when to leave home — so you walk in on time instead of waiting in the lobby.

Who can use MedQ?

MedQ is built for residents and tourists in Egypt, with Arabic and English support. Clinics use MedQ to run calmer front desks, live queues, walk-ins, and day-of operations from one board.
